Bravo Health and Jefferson Health System Reach Network Agreement for Bravo Select and Senior Partners Silver Dual Special Needs Plans (SNPs)
(PHILADELPHIA, PA — June 28, 2010) — Bravo Health, a provider of Medicare Advantage plans dedicated to offering beneficiaries access to high quality, cost-effective health care, today announced that Jefferson Health System, Southeastern Pennsylvania's largest health care system, will now provide in-network medical care to Medicare Advantage members enrolled in Bravo Health's Select and Senior Partners Silver plans only. These two plans are designed specifically for beneficiaries who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
The new long-term agreement, which became effective June 3, 2010, provides Bravo Health's Select and Silver members with inpatient and outpatient care at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, and Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia, and at Main Line Health's four suburban hospitals. In addition, these members will have access to the Jefferson University Physicians which includes the Jefferson Family Medicine Associates.
